Our service is for customers planning a flooring installation. We coordinate SPC materials with the preparation, fitting and finishing your property needs. SPC is a rigid-core vinyl floor with a wood-look finish; we confirm the product, thickness and suitability at your survey.

Replacing a floor or covering existing tiles?
We check whether the existing floor is stable and level enough, and whether doors will still open correctly. Levelling, removal, door adjustments and new skirting are identified in the quotation where needed. Installation over tiles is confirmed after the survey.
Straight planks or herringbone?
Tell us the pattern you have in mind. Herringbone requires a compatible SPC system, careful layout and a different fitting allowance. We’ll check product availability and confirm the layout and installation cost in your quotation.

How much does SPC flooring installation in Dubai cost?
There is no fixed price per m² for every property. Your quotation depends on measured area, the selected SPC product, base preparation, removal, skirting, transitions and access. Share photos and an approximate area in m² or sq ft, then arrange a free site survey for an itemised installation quote.
Can SPC flooring be installed over existing tiles?
Sometimes. The existing tiles must be assessed for stability, levels, moisture and door clearances. The selected product’s installation requirements determine whether preparation or removal is necessary.
Can I request supply and installation together?
Yes. We can discuss the SPC material and fitting together. The quotation should specify the product, preparation, accessories, installation and any removal or disposal included.
Is SPC suitable for every room?
Suitability depends on the specific product, exposure, substrate and use. We confirm the selected manufacturer’s requirements during planning, especially for wet areas, direct heat or heavy traffic.
Can I choose straight planks or herringbone SPC flooring?
Share the look you want and we’ll discuss suitable products and physical samples. Herringbone needs a compatible flooring system and its own layout and fitting allowance. How long will the installation take?
